eknows is a study abroad consulting project under Simpway Education Group, focusing on providing students with high-quality, personalized study abroad guidance services. Based on an in-depth understanding of student information, eknows helps students find the most suitable independent consultants and provides them with targeted study abroad guidance, ensuring that each student receives the best educational resources and study abroad plans.

Problems and Challenges
The project is divided into multiple parts, and my responsibilities cover all visual and interaction design work from the backend management system to the client WeChat interface. The main focus of the design is on the official website and the WeChat client. One of the main challenges we face is how to convey the high-quality feel of the eknows project in the design, as our target clientele is high-end. This requires the design style to be simple and professional while ensuring that users feel a refined experience of premium service during use.
Solution
To achieve this goal, we established an efficient communication platform between clients and independent consultants. Before the service begins, we collect specific information from users through detailed questionnaires to accurately match them with the most suitable independent consultants. Users can quickly book a consultant through the eknows assistant and leave feedback after the service. This feedback helps future users find more suitable consultants and continuously improves service quality.
In terms of design, I used a combination of high-quality gray and light brown tones, with a clear interface layout and exquisite design elements, to highlight the neutrality and quality of the project.
