Solar Server Panel
intro
This project uses the API from Solar Protocol to build a simple data visualization website. Inspired by UX energy-centered design, the images on the website change based on the current energy status of the server, indicating the current operating state of the solar-powered server.

Process
This website is a battery meter designed to always display the energy status powering the website and allow viewers to naturally perceive the local condition of the server through abstract animation. It mainly includes two parts: current remaining battery and current voltage of the solar panels. The text has four colors: red, orange, yellow, and green, representing the remaining battery from low to high. If the battery is low, the website text becomes blurry. The background color changes according to the local time of the server. When it is nighttime, the background turns black; otherwise, it is white. The waves represent the current voltage of the solar panels. If the waves fluctuate greatly, it indicates sufficient sunlight and adequate power supply.
